geniusoflife.com offers direct payment into the Genius of Life account and offers a third party service through PayPal for secure online credit card payments. Please refer to Paypal (www.paypal.com) to read more about the services specifically. 

Payment Conditions

The registration for an experience is binding. As a registrant you are personally responsible for the cost of the course (local VAT may apply). The course fee is not refundable. The fee must be paid in full no later than 2 months/60 days before the start of the course to secure your seat.

If you are unable to attend, another person can take your seat at no extra cost.

Cancellation by participant

If you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply: 

• Within 60 – 30 days before the course start – 50% of the total tuition will be refunded.  
• Within 30 – 15 days before the course start – 25% of the total tuition will be refunded. 
• 14 or less days before the course start – no refund permitted.

Cancellation by Genius of Life

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment up to 60 days before the course starts. Keep this in mind when making travel plans. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case. You may either join a different or repeat experience at no extra cost, or receive a full refund of the programme fee.
